For $.75 per pound we’ll pick up, wash, fold and deliver your clothes right back to your doorstep. A clean and neat appearance is not a luxury; it’s a necessity for every college student.

Bill of Rights
We believe that you deserve the very best treatment from our staff. If we violate any of the below rights, contact us to receive a discount on your purchase.
• You have the right to cancel at any time for any reason. (Please see our refund policy for details)
• You may begin using your service within 3 service days if purchased during the school year.
• You will be contacted by a campus concierge representative within 48 hours of placing your order.
• Your bag will be picked up or dropped off at the regularly scheduled time or a personal pickup will be scheduled.
• We will re-clean any clothing which you are unsatisfied with at no extra charge.
• We will reimburse you for any clothing lost or damaged by our business partners up to $50 for any single item and $150 for each bag if you contact us within 2 days.
Refund Policy
If you choose to cancel your service at any time, simply contact us and we will refund the unused portion of your plan. However, because we rely on discount pricing from our business partners we will assess a 10% cancellation fee. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Reimbursement Procedure
In the unlikely event that
an item is damaged or lost in the course of cleaning,
we will gladly reimburse you. Reimbursements will not
exceed $50 per item and $150 per order. In order to claim
a reimbursement, you must submit a claim within 2 days
of receiving your order. In addition, you must submit
an inventory
sheet with each order in order to be eligible
for a reimbursement. Please allow for up to two weeks
to process reimbursements. Contact customer service to
submit a reimbursement. |
